This notice explains how Beauty by Deny uses personal information when you contact Denisa, book a consultation or use this website.
Who we are
Beauty by Deny is run by Denisa Timofte, a self-employed beauty practitioner based in Sittingbourne, Kent. She decides how your information is used. Contact: deny_loquita@yahoo.es, 07960 865135.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email, when you send the form, a WhatsApp message, an email or call.
- What you tell us about the treatment you want, your town and any photos you choose to send.
- Health information you share at the consultation, so the treatment is safe for you. This is only collected with your explicit consent.
- If you allow analytics cookies: how the website is used (see the cookie notice).
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply and arrange your appointment: steps you ask for before a booking (legitimate interests and pre-contract steps).
- To check a treatment is suitable for you: your explicit consent, for health information.
- To improve the website: only with your consent, through Google Analytics.
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who helps us
Messages from the contact form are delivered by email through our website host (Cloudflare) and an email delivery service (Resend). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Google Analytics is used only if you allow it. These providers process data only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. Consultation and treatment records are kept for as long as needed for your aftercare, insurance and legal reasons, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is used or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to deny_loquita@yahoo.es. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
